As a recently retired physician, I figured I knew enough about the body to improve my fitness, but increased activity caused joint pain. After working with Lori, my back and knee pain greatly improved. She teaches and coaches proper techniques to prevent injuries, and makes our training sessions fun, challenging, and adaptable for home or travel.
My take away from this is always seek the help of a professional. I would recommend Lori to anyone seeking a personal plan and trainer to improve their physical fitness and health.

Lori created a personalized routine I can do at home. For the first time ever, I’m exercising with purpose, and understand the benefits of each movement and the importance of proper form. She designed an exercise program tailored to golf to improve my strength and mobility without aggravating my joints. My golf swing feel effortless, and I’m driving the ball farther than guys who are 20 years younger than me!
